PS3 Firmware 2.42 Causing Problems

I am having this same problem with my PS3.
And I would like to hear from everyone if you are having this problem or not.

Some people have the problem and some do not. I know one guy said he cant connect to the internet keeps getting an error.I have posted the full news report here:
